I have always loved photography, especially sports and event photography. My grandchildren are both actively involved in sports. They provided me with the perfect reason to invest in really great camera equipment and the opportunity to improve my sports photography skills. I began by asking their coaches if I could get down on the sidelines to photograph my grandson’s youth football games. I immediately fell in love with sports photography and realized that I have a knack at getting that really good shot. I now photograph my grandchildren’s football, wrestling, volleyball, and softball games. I talked my way on to the sidelines at three area high school’s for Friday night football, and learned how to get really good action shots under the lights. That was years ago and I have now taken thousands of action shots of just about every sport. Our prices for sports action shots are extremely competitive.

Our Start – Vinyl Album to CD Conversions
Music has always been an important part of my life, and still is. As a kid I bought 45’s (remember those??) with any spending money I could get my hands on. The first 45 I bought was “Theme From a Summer Place” by Percy Faith. As I moved into and through my teen years I continued to love music of all kinds. I had an after school job bagging groceries and spent most of my money on record albums. I played the grooves off of my “Jimi Hendrix – Are You Experienced” album. I loved it. My parents didn’t.
As the years passed by I moved from buying music on vinyl to 8-track tapes to cassette tapes to CD’s. Thinking that music on vinyl was dead, I threw away my old, worn out turntable. I imagine many of you did the same thing, right? With cassettes and CD’s, who needed vinyl albums anyway right? Thankfully I didn’t throw my vinyl albums away though. I boxed up all of my record albums and put them in a closet. Little did I know then that 30+ years later I would rediscover the amazing music trapped on my vinyl albums. Thanks to modern technology I learned how to unlock the music that has been boxed up in the closet for 35 years. Thanks to a life-long career in information technology, high tech hardware and software, and the knowledge of how to use it all together, Peach State Digital was born many years ago.
The Next Step – VHS to DVD Video Conversions
And how many of you have old family movies on VHS tapes or some other kind of tapes? They are probably in a box somewhere, next to your old record albums! When I started Peach State Digital I had numerous requests for us to begin converting VHS video to DVD. We invested in the best hardware and software to do the video conversions. We learned how to do the conversions on our own family movies, and now I am proud to say we have a long list of very happy customers who entrusted their one-of-a-kind, priceless home movies to Peach State Digital.
